Catholic Charities of Portage County is a member organizaiton of Catholic Charities USA and recognizes the virtues of charity and justice in all relationships with staff, volunteers, the people served, and the larger community.

All of the services offered by Catholic Charities of Portage County strive to reduce poverty, support families and empower communities.  All client matters are kept strictly confidential as we make every effort to support the dignity of the individual and family. 

Catholic Charities of Portage County currently offers four programs to the community:  Emergency Assistance, the First Step Pregnancy and Family Support, CAritas Cafe and an Affordable Housing Program.  Our staff can also assist with adoption service referrals and are a Benefit Bank location, which enables low-income individuals and families the ability to access the public benefit programs for which they are eligible.
